Mpect Inc. is looking for talented product designers to a free virtual compliance platform for the world. Join us on our mission to provide a free world-class platform for any compliance professional, anywhere. Our Product Designers tackle world-changing design challenges that have never been solved before. We design, prototype, and build a beautiful product that makes learning fun again. We conduct user research to inform our design process. And we're changing the way that people think about compliance in the lifesciences, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Required Qualifications

The design team is still small, highly leveraged, and we expect every member to be making contributions across the board. As a good candidate, you will have a great portfolio with a string of successful projects in your wake. Your friends and coworkers think of you as the go-to person for at least two of these: User experience design User interface design Graphic design Navigation and information architecture Interaction design Visual design Prototyping skills Information architecture User research and testing We also expect our designers to have solid technical skills. You should have a set of tools that you love to use when designing, and you can show us how you've used them in the past to make great products. Most important, you're not afraid of code, and you've probably written some Javascript. Applicants must have authorization to work in the US.

Our Interns will solve difficult technical, UX, and social problems in ways we never would've thought of. We hand our interns the most important features Mpect's working on and rely on them to produce excellence in return. Unlike other internships, you won't be tossed a list of edge-case bugs that nobody else wants to solve. You'll be expected to maturely own a project that may affect millions.
